Space Coast Community Development Corporation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Housing Authority of Brevard County created to revitalize and enhance the quality of life for its diverse spectrum of residents and assist in providing affordable housing along with ancillary services to those in need.

Heritage Park at Crane Creek, a Carrfour development, is a supportive and affordable housing community in the heart of Melbourne, Florida in Brevard County. This community provides 56 permanent supportive housing units for individuals and families who previously experienced homelessness.
In partnership with the Housing Authority of Brevard County (HABC), all 56 supportive housing units will have Project Based Vouchers to provide rental assistance to homeless individuals and their families. Along with HABC, Space Coast CDC is proud to join local philanthropic partners Steadytown and Community Foundation for Brevard to support Heritage Park, a Carrfour supportive housing community.
